1. What Bee247 is

Bee247 is a public directory where providers publish profiles and listings, and users can find and contact them.

Bee247 is not the provider of the advertised service and does not set its price. You make the service agreement directly with the provider, not with Bee247.

2. Accepting the Terms and using an account

These Terms apply when you use Bee247. A provider must actively accept them before creating a profile. The same Terms cover using the platform and publishing content.

Account information must be accurate. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Rules of use

• Publish only lawful, accurate and non-misleading content.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Do not disrupt the platform, bypass its safeguards or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not publish content unless you have the necessary rights or permissions.

4. Content and provider responsibility

A provider is responsible for the accuracy of its profile, listings, prices and other published claims. The provider is also responsible for required permits, qualifications and rights to text and photos.

Your content remains yours. When you publish content, you allow Bee247 to store it, prepare it for display and show it on the platform and in search results.

This permission lasts while the content is published and while it must remain in backups. Bee247 may not sell your content or use it for unrelated purposes.

5. Publishing, content checks and AI

Bee247 may automatically check public profile, listing, review or reply text. The check looks for illegal, misleading or harmful content.

If the tool flags content, publication may stop temporarily. Authorized staff review it before the final decision.

Optional AI actions are clearly labelled. For translation or category suggestions, we send only the title and description. This happens only after you choose that action.

6. Free beta, ranking and data

Bee247 is currently a free beta. Paid subscriptions, checkout and better placement for payment are not active.

The Platform transparency page explains how results are ordered, the limits of reviews and what the profile badge means.

Bee247 currently has no affiliate programme or extra way to sell provider services. Public pages may appear in internet search results.

While an account is active, a provider can edit its profile and listings and use available messages, reviews and notifications. Other users see private data only when the feature you use shows it.

You cannot open the dashboard after the account is closed. Save the available data before deleting your account.

7. Removing content and restricting access

Bee247 may remove content or restrict access if content is illegal, misleading or dangerous. The same applies to serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, fraud, abuse, a security threat or an order from an authority.

The user affected by a decision receives the reason and instructions for an appeal, unless the law forbids that notice.

If we fully terminate service to a business provider, we normally send the reasons at least 30 days in advance when EU platform rules require this. The law or an urgent security problem may require shorter notice or immediate action.

8. Availability and Bee247 responsibility

We work to keep Bee247 safe and available, but cannot promise that it will always run without interruption or error.

Bee247 does not verify every provider claim. It is not responsible for the quality, price, performance or outcome of a service you arrange with a provider.

These Terms do not remove any responsibility or rights that the law always gives you.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains how we use personal data and what we send to external and AI services. We do not ask you to accept that notice separately.

10. Changes to the Terms

We will publish the new text and date on Bee247. We send important changes to business providers at least 15 days in advance in a form they can save, such as email.

If providers reasonably need more time to adapt, we send the notice earlier. We use a shorter period only when required by law or by an urgent and unforeseen security problem.

We keep each provider acceptance with the text and version that applied at the time. New text does not change older accepted copies.

11. Law, disputes and contact

Croatian law applies. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, the court chosen by the applicable rules will decide it.
