Bee247 provides a platform for businesses to list their services and for users to find local services in Croatia.

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• 1 profile
• 1 listing per profile
• 1 public provider photo per profile
• Description length limit applies
• At least 60-day listing visibility unless deactivated earlier or removed under these Terms

Pro Plan

• More profiles
• Higher total active listings cap across all profiles
• Featured placement in search and category results
• Higher image upload limit
• Higher monthly AI usage limit
• Logo and banner branding on public profile pages
• Recurring billing (monthly or yearly) until canceled

Billing is prepaid and recurring. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access stays active until the current period ends.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use any content you submit.

6. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Bee247 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bee247 from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
