These rules apply to your profile, listings, images and other promotional content on Bee247. You are responsible for what you publish. Bee247 does not check every statement before it is published.

You must be able to prove what you publish

Publish only accurate and current information. Keep documents or other evidence that supports it, because Bee247 may ask to see it.

Services and results

Keep evidence for statements about availability, methods, origin, expected results, quality, durability, safety, health or environmental effects, and test results.

Business details and qualifications

Keep valid documents for your business status, licences, qualifications, memberships, awards, certificates and insurance. Use another person's name, logo or content only with permission.

The 'Profile reviewed by Bee247' badge does not confirm identity, licences, qualifications, insurance, service quality or profile claims. Read what the badge means on the Platform transparency page.

Compare services fairly

Compare only services that meet the same need. Use important facts that people can check. Do not mislead or confuse people, and do not copy a competitor's protected name or content. Do not unfairly damage a competitor's reputation or exploit its name or reputation.

For each comparison, save its date, sources and method. If you mention a test or protected origin, keep the evidence and permission to use it.

Reviews and recommendations

Do not publish fake or heavily edited reviews. Do not hide paid recommendations, invent customer numbers or claim that a review proves a purchase. Keep the customer's permission and original statement.

If Bee247 asks for evidence

Bee247 may ask for proof or ask you to explain, correct or remove a claim. Users can report misleading content. If you cannot prove a claim, Bee247 may hide your provider profile. We will tell you why and how to appeal.
